Nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Foire de l&rsquo;anchois et des conserves de Cantabrie\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00e0 Santo\u00f1a, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la\u00a0\u00a0 Foire\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">BioCantabria\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00e0 Santander. Dans les deux foires, nous avons pu profiter d&rsquo;une excellente ambiance, d&rsquo;une grande camaraderie et d&rsquo;une grande envie de revendiquer le travail bien fait.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Foire de l&rsquo;anchois et des conserves de poisson de Cantabrie<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cette ann\u00e9e, la\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u00a0Foire\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.pujadosolano.com\/productos\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\">de l&rsquo;Anchois de Santo\u00f1a<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 rien de moins que\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">son 20e anniversaire !<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pour nous, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait notre cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de participation et nous ne pouvions pas \u00eatre plus satisfaits. Avec les 21 conserveries exposantes, nous avons pu profiter\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">d&rsquo;un festival gastronomique dans un lieu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0comme la Plaza de Sant Antonio de Santo\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">finalistes de la d\u00e9gustation du meilleur anchois de 2019\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0et aussi pour toutes les\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">f\u00e9licitations re\u00e7ues\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0pour la saveur et la propret\u00e9 de nos anchois et pour l&#8217;emballage de tous nos produits.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pendant les trois jours de la foire, nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pas moins de\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">400 tapas pour que les participants puissent d\u00e9guster\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0nos anchois, nos boquerones, notre bonite, notre tapenade et notre brandade. Nous en avons \u00e9galement profit\u00e9 pour\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">lancer nos nouvelles gildas d\u2019anchois et\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.pujadosolano.com\/productos\/filetes-de-boqueron\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">de boquer\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0et\u2026 nous nous sommes retrouv\u00e9s en rupture de stock le premier jour !<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nous avons \u00e9galement pu assister en direct\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">\u00e0 la finale du 1er Concours r\u00e9gional de pintxos d\u2019anchois\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00a0\u00a0organis\u00e9 par la Confr\u00e9rie de l\u2019Anchois et Diario Monta\u00f1\u00e9s.
