Year after year, we set out to improve our language skills, exercise, save more, eat better\u2026 and, let\u2019s face it, we almost never achieve any of the goals we set at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, we want to help you in&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>your goal of eating better<\/strong>&nbsp;, because a good diet is not only good for your health but also for your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Healthy eating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A good diet is based on getting all the&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>nutrients, minerals and vitamins<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;so that our body functions correctly. A healthy diet is nothing more than&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>eating everything while maintaining a balanced and varied diet<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;that contains all the basic foods. Thanks to this, we will stay healthy, feel good and be full of energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although nutrition is a fundamental part of leading a healthy life, we must not neglect&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>physical exercise<\/strong>&nbsp;. It is extremely important to exercise regularly as a complement to our good nutrition. Moving is essential and not necessarily an exhausting activity, since with short walks of between 20 and 30 minutes a day, we are already helping our body to stay in shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What foods help maintain good health?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiber, minerals, water, antioxidants, omega-3 oil and vitamins are essential elements in our daily diet. That is why it is important to incorporate foods such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fruits from the garden \u2013 peppers, tomatoes or cucumbers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green leafy vegetables Tubers \u2013 potatoes or carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legumes \u2013 lentils, chickpeas or peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fruits \u2013 apples and kiwis among many others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bluefish \u2013 bonito, tuna, sardines or salmon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lean meats \u2013 chicken, rabbit or turkey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh dairy products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What foods should we eat less of?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain a healthy diet, we must avoid large intakes of foods rich in animal fats or processed and refined foods. At midday and not too late,\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>lunch<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0should be\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>light<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0followed by a\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>balanced snack\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0in the afternoon. Finally, before going to bed we should have\u00a0\u00a0<br><strong>a simple and light dinner<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0so that we go to bed without feeling heavy.
