  • Anchovy salt<\/li>
  • Sugar<\/li>
  • Egg<\/li>
  • Tempura flour<\/li>
  • Butter<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    • Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.<\/li>\n \t
    • Cover the egg yolk with a mixture of 50% anchovy salt and 50% sugar, and ideally let it sit for 1 hour.<\/li>\n \t
    • Rinse the yolk with water to remove the salt and sugar coating.<\/li>\n \t
    • Rinse the salted anchovy, completely removing the fishbone.<\/li>\n \t
    • Make a tempura with the fishbone until it is crispy.<\/li>\n \t
    • Place the egg yolk on top of the tempura fishbone.<\/li>\n \t
