its own unique designation of origin, as well as a rich culinary tradition featuring non-seafood dishes like <strong>caldo gallego<\/strong> (Galician soup), <strong>lac\u00f3n con grelos<\/strong> (cured ham with turnip greens), and delicious desserts like <strong>tarta de <\/strong><strong>Santiago<\/strong> (Santiago cake).<\/p><p>One common side dish in traditional Galician cooking is taste<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2feb39f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" into medium-sized chunks.<\/li><li>Boil them in salted water for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender.<\/li><li>Drain the potatoes well and mash them or pass them through a potato ricer until smooth.<\/li><li>Gradually add the butter and milk while mixing, until the puree is creamy.<\/li><li>Season with salt to taste.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Prepare the brandade:<ul><li>Open the Pujad\u00f3 Solano cod brandade and loosen it by adding a little cooking cream.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Assemble the coulant:<br \/><ul><li>Grease individual cylindrical molds (like flan molds) with a bit of oil.<\/li><li>Fill the molds with the cachelos puree, leaving a small cavity in the center.<\/li><li>Spoon the brandade into the cavity.<\/li><li>Cover the top with more cachelos puree, ensuring the filling is completely sealed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Presentation:<ul><li>Unmold each coulant and sprinkle paprika over the top to finish.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>For a simpler version, you can just make <strong>cachelos stuffed with
