Our Santoña anchovies are an authentic gastronomic treasure, the result of a centuries-old tradition and a meticulous artisanal process. Each fillet, hand-selected by expert ‘sobadoras’, is a gourmet delicacy. It comes from the best bocarte in the Cantabrian Sea and is made in Santoña following traditional methods. Clean, boneless and packed in the highest quality oil, our anchovies are a delicacy for the most demanding palates.
