famosos fins i tot m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les nostres terres.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 Gal\u00edcia tamb\u00e9 compta amb una excel\u00b7lent vedella, amb denominaci\u00f3 d\u00b4origen pr\u00f2pia i una rica tradici\u00f3 de plats aliens al marisc com el <strong>caldo gallego<\/strong> o el <strong>lac\u00f3n con grelos<\/strong> i excel\u00b7lents dol\u00e7os com el past\u00eds de Santiago.<\/p>\n<p>La guarnici\u00f3 o acompanyament de molts plats gallecs tradicionals s\u00f3n els cachelos, patates cuites amb la seva pr\u00f2pia pell que complementen perfectament els sabors de Pujad\u00f3 Solano<\/li>\n<li>800 g de patates gallegues (preferiblement varietat Kennebec)<\/li>\n<li>50 g de mantega<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de llet sencera<\/li>\n<li>Pebre roig<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2feb39f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>El primer que has de fer \u00e9s preparar un pur\u00e9 de cachelos:<br \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Per a aix\u00f2, renta i pela les patates i talla-les a trossos mitjans.<\/li>\n<li>Cou les patates en aigua amb sal durant uns 20-25 minuts, fins que estiguin tendres.<\/li>\n<li>Escorre-les b\u00e9 i passa-les per un passapur\u00e9 o tritura-les fins a obtenir una textura fina.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la mantega i la llet a poc a poc mentre mescles, fins a aconseguir un pur\u00e9 crem\u00f3s.<\/li>\n<li>Ajusta la sal al gust.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prepara la brandada:\n<ul>\n<li>Obre la brandada de bacall\u00e0 de Pujad\u00f3 Solano i alleugereix-la afegint una mica de nata per a cuinar.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Munta el coulant:\n<ul>\n<li>Engreixa motlles cil\u00edndrics individuals (tipus flameres) amb una mica d\u00b4oli.<\/li>\n<li>Emplena els motlles amb el pur\u00e9 de cachelos deixant un buit en el centre.<\/li>\n<li>Amb una cullera, omple el buit amb la brandada de bacall\u00e0 alleugerida.<\/li>\n<li>Cobreix la superf\u00edcie amb m\u00e9s pur\u00e9 de cachelos, assegurant-te que el farciment quedi<br \/>completament tancat.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3n:\n<ul>\n<li>Emplata cada motlle i finalitza empolvorant pebre roig per sobre de cada coulant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si prefereixes complicar-te menys, pots preparar simplement uns <strong>cachelos farcits de
